Overview

Bigler LP is a diversified chemical company that buys, sells, warehouses, transports, and manufactures a variety of chemicals and refined products in North America.

M&H was selected to implement Bigler’s enterprise asset and service management system as well as develop the interfaces to the ERP / business management software to allow for complete and accurate transfer of information for accounting and reporting.

This project was a turnkey systems implementation that included defining business requirements, installing and configuring the software, defining and implementing business rules, developing data from Piping and Instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and Purchase Orders, developing interfaces, troubleshooting data transfer, user system errors, automating operational and financial reporting capabilities and developing and facilitating Administrator and user training.

The result is detailed purchasing information with a seamless costing export to the ERP system, more detailed work orders and preventive maintenance records with improved job costing, faster, and more accurate data analysis and reporting, both internally and externally, which in turn provides increased efficiencies related to internal cost reporting.
