The M&H Energy Services computer based
training system allows you to target the specific skills and knowledge
your employees need. Employees spend less time
training and more time being productive on the job. The system operates on MS
Access, Oracle or SQL Server and is completely open and scaleable.
The software
includes practice tests and certification testing randomly generated from a
test pool. A comprehensive record keeping module provides the ability
to track employee training requirements, training progress, and test results.
Inspection (Action Plan) Assignments, Execution, and Completion Record keeping
are also provided.

Technical Writers can develop the training content or your staff
can populate the system.
Course content and test questions
may be easily changed or edited. The system
includes an authoring tool and the ability to include Microsoft® PowerPoint
modules. Lessons are divided into system modules. Modules are illustrated throughout
with photographs, drawings, and videos. Audio and video are also available.
Practice questions are strategically placed to reinforce retention of program
material.
Practice
tests and certification tests are provided. Tests are randomly
generated by the application from a large test pool.
Practice tests may be taken as many
times as desired. Certification tests can be taken only a limited number
of times. System configuration options allow you to define
the required score
to achieve
a passing grade.
