Pipeline Integrity Management

M&H Energy Services specializes in natural gas, liquid and CO2 pipelines and their associated production, processing and transmission facilities. Our client base consists of companies throughout the industry, ranging from independent gas gathering companies to large, gas transmission and processing companies.

Our staff provides a variety of skill sets, most of which have direct compliance experience in engineering, operations, and maintenance of both onshore and offshore facilities. Our auditors can review compliance with Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements, OSHA safety standards, Process Safety Management (PSM), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14000. Our integrated operations support team can provide operating procedures, maintenance management systems and training.

We thrive on "fast track" projects because we don't have the encumbrances of our larger competitors. Our "small company" culture and "big company" expertise provides the optimum blend of response, efficiency, and accuracy.
Our team of professionals is focused on the success of your compliance effort. This team can efficiently handle all aspects of program design, implementation, reporting, and auditing. We can manage the entire compliance effort including DOT submittals and final approval, or individual compliance elements where our assistance and expertise is needed. Our philosophy is that your safety and compliance program should work in support of profitability, not at its expense.

M&H Energy Services has provided assistance at any level or capacity our clients required to develop integrity management programs. These services may be as simple as handling onsite investigations or background class determinations, to providing audit services and regulatory interpretations on a case-by-case basis. From auditing your existing compliance system to integrating forward-looking procedures, our intent is to facilitate your regulatory compliance. We have written integrity management plans that have bound together the client's existing compliance related documents and procedures into a workable plan for the future while minimizing environmental and safety risks.

M&H Continuing Support Role

M&H Energy services can provide assistance in maintaining your integrity management plan, file semiannual reports to the OPS, monitor population growth trends and how they affect class locations, review of one-call and encroachment reports, provide community awareness brochures, and provide scheduling for and reassessment of covered pipelines.
